Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- All accessories, documentation, and any promotional materials (if applicable) should be included with the returned product.
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified (including overclocking) are not eligible for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product is defective or damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund based on your preference. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage to expedite the process.
Non-returnable Items
Some products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Opened CPUs or Processors due to the sensitive nature of the product.
- Custom-built bundles (e.g., Build & Save with AMD) that have been configured to your specifications.
- Software products or digital downloads that have been opened or activated.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via our Contact Page or email us at admin@hilomi.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, or a different one, please contact us to initiate the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns for non-defective items, especially for custom orders or bundles.
