1. Warranty Coverage
At hilomi.xyz, we offer a limited warranty on all of our products, including Processors/CPUs, Desktop Memory/RAM, Bundles, and any custom configurations purchased through our “Build & Save with AMD” program. The warranty covers:
- Defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
- Manufacturer defects found during the initial period of ownership.
Please note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, modifications, or accidents.
2. Warranty Period
- Processors/CPUs: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Desktop Memory/RAM: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Bundles and Build & Save with AMD: Warranty period varies based on the individual components included in the bundle. Each component will have its respective manufacturer’s warranty.
In the event of a defect or issue with the product, we will either replace the item or provide a refund based on the manufacturer’s policy and product availability.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective and covered by the warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at admin@hilomi.xyz with your order number and detailed description of the issue.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: You will need to submit a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation from hilomi.xyz as proof of purchase.
- Product Inspection: Our team may request additional information, including photos or videos of the defect. In some cases, you may be asked to send the product back for inspection.
- Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, we will issue a return authorization (RA) number, along with instructions on how to return the product.
- Replacement or Refund: Once we have received the returned product and verified the defect, we will either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference and the availability of the product.
4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse.
- Products that have been tampered with or modified in any way.
- Any issues caused by improper installation or usage, including overclocking, voltage fluctuations, or thermal damage.
- Normal wear and tear, including physical damage like scratches, dents, or cosmetic issues.
- Products not purchased directly from hilomi.xyz or from an authorized reseller.

However, it’s important to verify compatibility before making a purchase. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, hilomi.xyz will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it is still within 30 days of the original purchase date, you may return the product for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy. Please note that the product must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
